Our Meals

Our health-conscious meals are created in our on-site kitchen, featuring a variety of meat alternatives like beans and tofu, alongside fresh fish and poultry. Each day, we offer a nutritious morning snack, a flavorful lunch, and a light afternoon snack, all in accordance with the Canadian Food Guide. To keep our meals exciting and balanced, we review our menu monthly, adapting to the children's changing tastes while ensuring we include contributions from all major food groups. The children enjoy nourishing meals that support healthy growth and development!
